  • CBRN clothing

    C-Tex carbon cloth is used in CBRN protective clothing where high performance and protection is required from warfare agents together with breathability, low weight, wearer comfort and a reduced physiological burden.

    C-Tex Guard products are both washable and durable.

    C-Tex ChemGuard products are water, oil, agent and FR resistant.

  • IR countermeasures

    C-Tex impregnated with catalysts is a core component of IR countermeasure systems.

  • Individual respiratory protection

    C-Tex may be used as a polishing filter in high specification PPE equipment, reducing the physiological burden by reducing the amount of GAC required thereby lowering pressure drop. MAST Carbon is involved in a variety of developments combining shaped, spherical and textile forms of carbon to produce next generation capability for a range of defence and security products.
