MAST Carbon products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with full traceability throughout our processes. Process control techniques and testing are used to monitor and control product quality on an ongoing basis.
Our manufacturing laboratory is equipped with a wide range of analysis equipment including adsorption equipment for surface area and pore structure analysis, XRF for metals determination, thermal analysis (TGA./DTA), Atomic Absorption Spectrometry, Gas Chromatography, Calorimetry etc. This is complimented by traditional activated carbon characterisation techniques and textile testing equipment.
C-Tex was manufactured to the standards of ISO9001:2000 however following the relocation will be re-certified to ISO9001:2008 during late 2010.
